About Betty....
Dedication and commitment are the keys to Betty Fountain’s success. With over 27 years of Real Estate experience and millions of dollars in sales volume, she feels personally responsible for bringing her clients transactions to a successful completion. She provides the same level of service and attention to the building of an affordable family home, a million-dollar custom estate or assisting the experienced investor.
Betty’s professional real estate background, coupled with her interest in architecture and interior design, provided the opportunity for the next phase in her career, Real Estate Development.
Betty is the Broker and Owner of Realty Associates of Santa Rosa, Inc. and also the Award Winning Developer of Elite Waterfront Communities La Fontaine, Costa Verde, Fountainview, Magnolia Harbor as well as her newest communities, LA Fontaine II and Magnolia Village. These developments are well known for their dramatic entrances and for using approved Award Winning Builders with innovative interior and exterior designs. Commercial properties include Fountain Professional Centre I and II.Her professional designations include membership in the Navarre Beach Board of Realtors. She was honored to have served as the 1996 President of the Navarre Beach Board of Realtors, and the 1998 Treasurer of the Navarre Beach Board of Realtors. She has served as the local chairman of the Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC), and has achieved membership in the Florida Honor Society of Realtors and Navarre’s 1993 Realtor of the Year. She is a member of the Architectural Review Boards for La Fontaine, Costa Verde, Fountainview and Magnolia Harbor.
Betty has taken an active leadership role in the community as a member of the Navarre Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis Club, Beta Sigma Phi, and the First United Methodist Church. She is also a Sustaining Member with the Fort Walton Beach Junior League.
Betty and her husband, Greg, co-chaired of the Becky Evans Median Beautification Program in Navarre and procured a grant for Median Beautification of five medians in Navarre.
